Experience Local Flowers at their Best
|
What is a CSA?
In case you are unfamiliar with the term, CSA stands for "Community Supported Agriculture." CSA subscriptions are a way to share the harvest of local farms directly from us (the farmer) to you (flower lover) . When you purchase a subscription, you are helping us in the early season when funds are tight to purchase essential supplies such as compost, seeds, equipment, etc. This is a valuable exchange for us and for you. As a consumer, You get to experience and enjoy the best and most unique flowers that we grow and know how and where your flowers were grown. You are invested in us as farmers knowing that we are always using best practices to cultivate our land in an environmentally sustainable way and are assured we dont use pesticides or herbicides because ultimately we care about the earth and our impact to all living creatures. Flowers bring us joy and beauty during all times whether it is a celebration of life or death. Innately, they are good for our heart and soul. AS a farmer, we value our customers and are fortunate to get to know you and your family over the years. When you invest in a CSA subscription, we are part of your community and directly feel the impact that your dollars make on our farm. A lot of love and care goes into each bouquet and we take pride in the quality and joy that our flowers can bring to you. How does a CSA Work? After you have purchased your subscription, we will notify you two weeks before we expect our first delivery to be via email. This date is TBD by when the flowers begin their bloom cycle! You receive a wrapped, hand- tied bouquet of flowers grown on our farm full of seasonal beauty. Depending on the subscription that you purchase, you will receive a fresh bouquet every Monday, either Delivered (Local area only) or picked up on the farm . Each bouquet will showcase the flowers for each season and be in water so that all you have to do is put them in a vase at your home. We will supply, on occasion, care tips for your flowers so that you have the best results for making your blooms last. |
